WaterMatrix provides free, browser-based, client-side batch watermarking tools for PDF documents and digital images. All transformations execute locally on your device without server uploads.

3. User Responsibility & Content Ownership

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, ownership, or licensing authorization to apply watermarks to the documents and images you process. You agree not to use WaterMatrix to infringe upon the trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

WaterMatrix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We recommend maintaining unwatermarked backups of all original master files prior to running any bulk batch processing.
